We highly value our sharing culture. We fill our square footage in the most efficient, practical and fair way possible. For example, we share our parking spaces, meeting rooms and entrance hall. Territorial behavior, we don't like that. We trust that our stakeholders cherish the same attitude.

Officenter werd opgericht door zeven vrienden met een passie voor maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen. Deze overtuiging en amicale sfeer vertalen zich nog steeds naar Officenter anno 2021. Onze community is hecht, onze werksfeer is gemoedelijk. Wij kunnen mekaar vertrouwen en controleren elkaar niet. Dat vertrouwen geeft ons de kracht om steeds verder te groeien. Als we vragen of bekommernissen hebben, dan benoemen we die. Dat is onze manier van transparant zijn. Als het heikel wordt, dan zoeken we samen naar een oplossing.
We are honest, correct, credible and consistent. We reason with common sense, but we can always back this up with numerical evidence. Of course, we sometimes disagree and make mistakes. That's what makes us human. But whoever builds a tree house doesn't care about a splinter. We learn by doing and do by learning.
