Officenter has been creating workspaces since 2010. Fifteen locations later, we’re still focused and moving in the same direction. We highly value our sharing culture. We fill our square footage in the most efficient, practical and fair way possible. For example, we share our parking spaces, meeting rooms and entrance hall. Territorial behavior, we don't like that. We trust that our stakeholders cherish the same attitude.
We don't take shortcuts to the best results. Together, we choose to grow and we strive to achieve our ambitious goals. Wherever the future may take us, we always stick to our most important core values, such as making a social commitment, fulfilling our local anchoring and commitment to sustainable business. Officenter was founded by seven friends with a passion for corporate social responsibility. This conviction and friendly atmosphere are still evident at Officenter in 2021. Our community is close-knit, and our work environment is friendly. We trust one another and don’t micromanage each other. That trust gives us the strength to keep growing. If we have questions or concerns, we voice them. That’s our way of being transparent. When things get tricky, we work together to find a solution.
We are honest, correct, credible and consistent. We reason with common sense, but we can always back this up with numerical evidence. Of course, we sometimes disagree and make mistakes. That's what makes us human. But whoever builds a tree house doesn't care about a splinter. We learn by doing and do by learning.
