Our story

In 2010, Christa Jouck and Koen Batsleer opened their first Officenter in Hasselt, together with 7 friends.

Originally intended as a good investment for later... However, Officenter Hasselt was turned into a 'State of the art Business center' with flexible housing options for various companies. The 4750 m² building was full after 18 months.

Christa and Koen had a taste for it and looked for a similar obsolete office building in a similar city and ended up in Turnhout in 2011. They also looked for local investors in Turnhout to participate as local anchoring is an important part of success. The train had left 2011 Turnhout, 2012 Antwerp, 2013 Maastricht, 2014 Leuven etc... and so, 14 years later, we have 15 branches: more than 50,000 m² of offices, more than 1,000 companies as clients, more than 240 investors and more than 95 employees.

Our biggest asset through growth is the network we can offer to our customers in an all-in price formula. From day one, Officenter has focused on customer satisfaction and scores exceptionally high at 90%.

Officenter has the ambition to grow to 20 branches in Flanders in the coming years.
