Our story

In 2010, Christa Jouck and Koen Batsleer opened their first Officenter in Hasselt, together with 7 friends.

Originally intended as a good investment for later... However, Officenter Hasselt was turned into a 'State of the art Business center' with flexible housing options for various companies. The 4750 m² building was full after 18 months.

Christa and Koen had a taste for it and looked for a similar obsolete office building in a similar city and ended up in Turnhout in 2011. They also looked for local investors in Turnhout to participate as local anchoring is an important part of success. The train had left 2011 Turnhout, 2012 Antwerp, 2013 Maastricht, 2014 Leuven etc... and so, 14 years later, we have 15 branches: more than 50,000 m² of offices, more than 1,000 companies as clients, more than 240 investors and more than 95 employees.

Our biggest asset through growth is the network we can offer to our customers in an all-in price formula. From day one, Officenter has focused on customer satisfaction and scores exceptionally high at 90%.

Officenter has the ambition to grow to 20 branches in Flanders in the coming years.

Waarom wordt er een persoonlijke borgstelling gevraagd?

De persoonlijke borgstelling is nodig omdat wij sinds de nieuwe wetgeving (Anti-witwaswet) verplicht zijn om al onze klanten te kennen. Een vennootschap en aandelen zijn snel verhandeld en met deze persoonlijke borgstelling, blijft de contractant aansprakelijk of zal in geval van overname ons daar minstens van op de hoogte brengen.

How is the confidentiality of my data guaranteed?

Officenter hanteert strikte databeveiligingsprotocollen en policies om de vertrouwelijkheid van klantgegevens te waarborgen, conform de GDPR-wetgeving. Onze IT-systemen zijn ontworpen om onbevoegde toegang te voorkomen en onze medewerkers zijn getraind in het veilig omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.

Is there an alarm system and security in place?

Ja, al onze vestigingen zijn uitgerust met een alarmsysteem en beveiligingsmaatregelen om de veiligheid van onze klanten te waarborgen.

Hoe wordt de veiligheid en beveiliging van de locaties gewaarborgd?

Onze locaties zijn buiten de kantooruren enkel toegankelijk met een toegangscontrole. Dit gebeurt door een combinatie van fysieke beveiligingsmaatregelen, zoals 24/7 toegangscodes en alarmsystemen. Daarnaast voeren we regelmatige fysieke veiligheidsinspecties uit tussen 22:00 uur en 07:00 uur om de veiligheid en beveiliging te waarborgen.

Waar zie ik hoeveel credits ik nog heb?

In de Officenter App ziet u:

uw totale maandelijkse credits;
het verbruik per reservatie;
uw resterende credits voor de lopende periode.

Indien u (nog) niet met de app werkt, kunt u dit steeds navragen bij de receptie van uw Officenter-vestiging.

Zijn er sport- en welzijnsactiviteiten beschikbaar?

Ja, Officenter heeft een Well-being manager en biedt gratis deelname aan tal van sport- en welzijnsactiviteiten aan, zoals maandelijkse stoelmassages, loopwedstrijden en maandelijke afterworkdrinks.

Hoe werkt de toegang tot de elektrische laadpalen?

Onze locaties beschikken over zowel AC-laadpalen voor onze klanten als snelladers die toegankelijk zijn voor het publiek. De AC-laadpalen zijn exclusief beschikbaar voor onze klanten na registratie via een speciale app, waarbij het verbruik maandelijks gefactureerd wordt. De snelladers maken deel uit van een openbaar netwerk en kunnen door iedereen worden gebruikt. Betaling voor deze snelladers kan ter plaatse met een laadpas of creditcard.

Kan ik een rondleiding krijgen bij een Officenter vestiging?

Ja, u kunt een rondleiding aanvragen door contact op te nemen met de locatie van uw keuze of via klantworden@officenter.eu . We laten u graag onze faciliteiten zien en beantwoorden al uw vragen.

Hoe kan ik deelnemen aan netwerkevenementen van Officenter?

Als lid van de Officenter community ontvangt u uitnodigingen voor netwerkevenementen, sportactiviteiten, tal van kennislunches en activiteiten.
